For Group MeetingS
We will begin each group with a guided breathwork exercise to help regulate our nervous system, review of community agreements, and a chance for participants to check-in. Next we will transition to a facilitated discussion of the week's topic, encouraging sharing of lived experience. Group facilitators will provide brief education on the topic, as well as tools and resources. Each group will close out with a meditation practice.
Frequently Asked Questions

How many participants per group?
Each group will have 5-10 participants. We believe it's important for community building that group size remains small.

How long are group meetings?
Each meeting will be 90 minutes long with a 5 minute break in the middle. Participants are encouraged to take care for themselves during meetings including taking breaks as needed.

How often does the group meet?
The group will meet 1x per week for 4 consecutive weeks.

What's the start date of the group?
The group will begin the second week of July 2023. The day and time of the meetings is TBD depending on the cohort.

What should I bring to the group?
We encourage group members to honor and prioritize their needs so please bring anything that will support you during group session including water, a snack, a quiet space, and anything that provides comfort.

How much does it cost?
This group is 100% free as part of our commitment to serve and empower BIPOC individuals shouldering DEI work. We welcome sponsorships and any contributions from the community to help keep RRR free for all who need it.
